Welding:

We provide a comprehensive range of welding services, including laser welding, TIG welding, MIG welding, mobile welding, hard-facing, and structural steel welding. We specialize in welding various metals such as aluminum, stainless steel, cast iron, titanium, copper, and more. Our team of skilled welders is equipped to handle any project, whether it's a small repair or a large-scale fabrication job..

Forging:

Our in house blacksmith is highly skilled at forging custom pieces, small, large, intricate, and simple.  The forge that he operates can accommodate metal up to 4" diameter and 18" long, and can section heat and forge pieces up to 16' long.  We are equipped with an 88 lbs pneumatic forging hammer, and a 36 ton hydraulic forging press, in addition to hand forging pieces to any shape you want.

Precision Machining:

Our in-house machine shop consists of two 3-axis milling machines, capable of machining parts up to 16" x 32" x 12", a lathe that can turn parts up to 6" in diameter and parts up to 32" long, industrial band saws that can cut steel beams with a cross section of 16" x 12", and a CNC plasma table which can cut sheets of steel up to 4' x 8' and 3/8" thick.  In the event that you require larger parts to be machined we regularly partner up with local precision machine shops which are capable of machining parts weighing several thousand pounds.

Finishing:

Parts can be finished in a variety of ways. In house we can prime and paint parts with industrial enamel based rust inhibiting paint, hot and chemical blue parts, wire brush, and polish parts to a mirror finish.  We also partner with a local powder coating company that can accommodate parts up to 12' long by 6' wide and 6' tall.

We offer a range of engineering drafting services, including architectural, detailing, HVAC, and design for manufacturing. We have a team of skilled drafters who use the latest CAD software to produce high-quality and accurate drawings for our clients. Whether you need detailed architectural plans or manufacturing drawings, we can provide you with customized drafting solutions to meet your specific needs.
